Very beautifully made. I love that you did the top stitching in white rather than in pink as some may have done- it makes me more "grown up" and practical, especially with a floral print. It reminds me of the vintage dresses in the 40s made of flour sacks during the war. Great job!
So glad I came across this post. I have this pattern and a floral print that I had been dithering about using. Now I've seen your version I had made up my mind and will be definitely making it up. Cutting out tonight!
Nice work Jamie, I wish i lived closer by I would do a sewing retreat with you on all basic garments and tailoring techniques. corey
Stunning and like Corey I just wished we lived nearer to you and Lou so that I could dust off my tailoring skills! Your sewing classes look brilliant and I love that you are offering some taught through BSL.
