So I posted on social media recently that I will be running a course on Tailoring for you all… Well here we go! I need a new suit for myself and thought it would be good to show you every step I take. It will be a series of YouTube videos, Blogs and YouTube Live sessions. Tonight I posted the first video….Does that make me a Vlogger now?
Anyway sit back and enjoy.
Until next time….Happy sewing (and get your stuff together to tailor with me!)
Fabulous
This is very good information! Thank you for taking the time to film your talents to share it with others! I am an instructor as well, so I understand what all goes into filming/editing.
This is great information! Thank you for taking the time to film helpful techniques in menβs tailoring. I am an instructor as well so I know about all the work that goes into filming/editing.
Such an interesting and well done tutorial, I’m looking forward to following the whole course.
A good start, Jamie, to what I am sure will be a great series. The tip on using pure spearmint oil to make your own aqua methae crispae was a revelation … why on earth hadn’t I thought of that before! π Looking forward to what is to come.
Very very interesting.
Many thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Love your video and looking forward to the next.
Thank you for this post! Love the reference to tailoring as a “dark art”. On equipment, do you usually use a piece of wood under the buttonhole chisel? Or something else?
I loved the tutorial. Working on my supersized ham… π
I have been looking for you for a very long time. I have just watched Part 1 of your Tailoring tutorial. You speak well, you deliver your course well with brilliant explanations. But most importantly, you are explaining true tailoring techniques which is what I have been looking for. I am so thrilled. I will be continuing your course. Thank you.
